The HT31.5 IG is a high-temp inert gas oven that operates up to 1200F. This model measures 36Wx42Hx36D. This oven was designed for a repeat customer who will utilize it for processing gun barrels.
Three new ST4610 models were recently purchased from JPW by a repeat customer. The ST4610 includes carts to transport product in and out of ovens on installed tracks. This model is specifically designed with two heat banks to ensure continual operation.
The HT432 is a high-temp cabinet oven measuring 48Wx36Hx24D. This oven is electrically heated and boasts a max operating temperature of 1300F, with a tight uniformity of +/- 10 at 600C. This high-temp cabinet oven will be used to facilitate a specialized process used to burn out binder.

The ST1008 is a large gas fired walk-in oven, specially built for a Wyoming based electric motor service company. It is planned to be used curing varnish that is applied to electric motors for insulation.
An Arizona based aluminum manufacturer recently completed an order with JPW for an HT15610. This model is a high-temp, gas-fired oven.

The ST448 was built for automotive engineering company based in Ontario. This unit is 48”W x 48”H x 96”D. It is electrically heated and engineered to operate at 500F.
